The Amidah, A Tool for Life: This book isn't meant to be read: it's meant to be lived! More than a prayer guide — live your Amidah, Torah, spirituality, life. You'll never pray the same way again!

What if prayer were not an obligation, but an inner adventure?

In a world saturated with personal development methods, this book reveals a forgotten treasure: the Amidah .
Often recited by rote, it becomes here a living path — a way of inhabiting prayer rather than simply passing through it.

Olivier Berdah invites us to relearn how to pray with presence, free of guilt or ready-made formulas. The Amidah is not a list of requests, but a mirror revealing the face that G-d has placed within each of us.

Step by step, this book walks with you and lights the way. It shows how faith takes shape, how trust eases fear, and how each blessing opens a new stage of our unveiling.

This book is not meant to be read: it is meant to be lived.

Once you close it, you will no longer pray out of habit, but with new direction, attentiveness, and presence.

A book that gives meaning to action, to existence.

The Amidah is a tool for life, a tool of renewal that anyone can learn to use.

Grounded in psychology and personal growth in the Torah, it reads like davening, a guide to meaningful Jewish prayer written for today's reader.
For those who don't yet read Hebrew fluently, this Jewish prayer book phonetic edition opens the door to prayer without barriers.
