Description
Gods of the First Earth is the complete record of what the Sumerian tablets actually say about 'The Gods' who governed the cosmos, the humans who were made to serve them, the flood that nearly ended everything, the laws that governed civilisation before civilisation existed, and the questions that the oldest story on earth is still asking.
What you were taught about the beginning of civilisation was simply the beginning of the version that survived. This book tells the version that was pressed into clay five thousand years ago and that the clay never forgot.
The Clay Tablets - The civilization that made them had been buried under the sand for two thousand years. And what they contained in 400,000 of them now held in museum collections around the world - were not merely ancient history. They were the source code of everything that came after.
