If you bought it before, contact the author via Facebook or Instagram for a free e-book.

This second edition presents an expanded and refined guide to the second level of traditional Daoist cultivation, continuing the integration of Qigong, Neigong, and foundational Inner Alchemy (Neidan). It offers not only practical methods, but also deeper spiritual insight into the invisible processes of refining Qi and forming the Internal Elixir (內丹, nèi dān).

In this edition, you will find detailed instruction on key practices such as:
- Dynamic Attunement to Nature
- Improving Qi Circulation in the Arm Meridians (Levels 1 & 2)
- Zhan Zhuang – Second Level
- Middle Dantian and Zhong Mai Cultivation
- Integration of Two Dantians
- Small Heavenly Circulation – including the traditional opening of Du Mai and Ren Mai

One of the key additions in this edition is a full, clear translation of the classic “Wondrous Scripture for the Daily Internal Practice of the Great Taishang Lao Jun”, now accompanied by detailed commentary on each section. These commentaries offer practical guidance, symbolic interpretation, and insight into how the text connects to the methods presented throughout the book. (This commentary was not included in the first edition.)

Also newly included is:
* Songs of the Golden Elixir (金丹之歌) — a collection of original Daoist verses that illuminate the internal transformation of body, Qi, and Spirit. These poetic teachings support the inner process of cultivation, offering inspiration and subtle instruction.

The book also features:
- Instructional photographs for key postures and movements
- Access to an exclusive YouTube playlist with guided video demonstrations
- Expanded explanations on the role of Ling Qi (靈氣), Zhen Qi (真氣), and Yuan Qi (元氣)
- Clear integration of Ming Gong (Cultivation of Life) and Xing Gong (Cultivation of Original Nature)

This is not only a practical guide, but a meditative companion for those committed to walking the Way of the Elixir.
