Editorial Reviews:

Great book Jazakum Allahu Khairan - Habib, myDeen Magazine

If you've been looking for a colourful book for small children containing stories of the Quran, you will be happy about this one. Even suitable for elder children. -Aminah Salaho, M.A (Master of Arts) in French Literature

I think this book is a great starter for kids. It had a a lot of useful information, and was illustrated very nicely. Kids will love this book. - Scott Alderman, Author; BA in literature and writing from Columbia University

This is a great book and I definitely recommend!!! -Iliana Dzhadzheva, a famous Author who compares the Victorian era to the world we live in today.

Also contained in this book is the message that every child is Unique. Whether they are big or small, short or tall, black or white, like to swim or play football, perhaps they have a special need or are from a different ethnic background. All children are different, and their individuality should be acknowledged, not shunned. And this inspiring and brightly illustrated picture book does just that.

It helps children to accept themselves and others as the beautifully unique individuals that they are.

As more children read this book and learn this concept, we can positively impact the world while teaching early literacy. This non-fiction book is filled with good Islamic morals, manners, and stories that introduce your Toddler to essential Islamic Foundations. My First Islamic Book for Children under 3 has been created in recognition of the need for books that tell the stories of Islam for small children. Most of the Islamic books for children available today are either lacking in authenticity or are written in a language that is difficult for young Muslims to understand. My First Islamic Book for Children under 3 is written in a way that toddlers and pre-school age children can easily understand.
The author made these stories as authentic as possible by taking stories and information from the Quran, Tafseer Ibn Katheer, Bukhari, Muslim, and other authentic Hadith books and simplifying the language and adding context children can understand, without changing the intended meaning. This simple language results from an interactive reading process between the author and her then two-year-old child.

To mention some of the themes that are represented in this book: Allah's authentic Names and Attributes, diversity, kindness, anti-bullying, and racism.

If you are looking for a good children's book with inspirational Islamic stories for kids 2-10, this colorful picture book is a great choice. Don't be surprised if it quickly becomes one of their favorite books they ask to read again and again.
